The workers are so unfriendly and disgusting. The housekeepers and front hotel desk did nothing and thought it was a joke. BED BUGS GALORE!!!! this casino needs to be shut down and completely referbished.there were bed bugs in the room me and my friends stayed in. I left it on table they would not refund me and I was told too bad. Had a server lady refuse my order and then noticed that the food I ordered was completely wrong yet still charged for it at chimonees. The custodians are trashy people and they do not do theor jobs due to all the left over food and drink spills on the seats were nasty and greasy too. rudest and sketchiest bunch I've ever laid eyes and delt with.
the workers were absolutely garbage on the casino floor and in the Hotel.
